Recommend a Friend – Terms & Conditions

  • The Recommend A Friend scheme is valid until 31st December 2015
  • The Recommend a Friend scheme is only open to employees in Destination pubs
  • The Recommend a Friend fee is only payable if the recommended person is appointed into a Destination pub
  • You cannot recommend a General Manager, Deputy Manager or Trainee Deputy Manager to work at the pub where you are employed
  • The Recommend a Friend fee will not be paid if the recommended person has applied to us or been met by a member of our Recruitment team in the last two years
  • The Recommend a Friend fee will not be paid if the recommended person has previously been employed by Marston’s PLC or any of its subsidiaries
  • The Recommend a Friend fee will only be paid if we appoint the recommended person within six months of the recommendation being made
  • The first half of the Recommend a Friend fee will be paid to you when the recommended person commences their employment with the Company. The second half of the Recommend a Friend fee will be paid once the recommended person has completed their probationary period
