I've seen an opportunity on your website that I'm interested in. How do I apply?
You’ll need to take a couple of minutes to complete our online registration and upload your CV, after which you’ll be a full member of the careers site and able to apply for any opportunity with Marston's that interests you. Simply click the ‘apply now’ button on any vacancy and you’ll automatically be taken to the registration page, where you’ll be asked to answer some screening questions and submit your application.

Where can I send my CV for any future/upcoming opportunities?
If you have found nothing to suit your interests or experience on our site at present, why not register your details with us? We’ll keep your information on file along with your CV and will contact you if we have any opportunities arise that might be suitable for you. When registering with us you can also choose to receive emails alerting you when a vacancy arises that matches your requirements, ensuring you’ll never miss out on an opportunity that might be of interest to you!

Can I apply for more than one opportunity at Marston's?
Yes, you can. However, we recommend that you try to identify the most appropriate role for your skills and experience - and only apply for suitable roles.

How often is the website updated?
We usually have new opportunities to advertise every few days, so if there’s nothing to suit you at present, it’s well worth checking back on a regular basis. Alternatively, you can register your details with us and ask to be automatically notified by email whenever a vacancy arises that matches your requirements.
Will you be taking up employment references or background checks?
We take up employment references for those applying for roles within our head office following the offer stage. We ask you to be as honest as possible during the recruitment process. If there are any issues from your past that you think may be detrimental to your application, please tell the recruiting HR Advisor about them, so that we can look at the problem in detail and advise you of how to progress.
We have a responsibility to protect our business, employees and customers, so everyone who's offered a position with us has to undergo a verification process. The checks vary according to the position applied for and can include such things as current/previous employment, education, residency, and relevant professional qualifications. Unfortunately, if the results don't match what you've told us, we'll have to withdraw our offer.
