Support teams

Marston’s PLC is one of the UK’s top pub businesses, as well as the leading brewer of premium cask and bottled ales.

We’ve been running pubs and brewing beer in one form or another for over 180 years – and we now operate over 1,500 pubs, bars and lodges, five breweries, and nine distribution centres. But it’s the passion of our 13,500 people, our high quality pubs and premium beers, and our innovative spirit that fuels our future growth, and has helped us to become a FTSE 250 listed company.

Our Support teams work hard to make sure that our beers, pubs and people are the best they can possibly be.

They work in a variety of departments, including Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, IT, Communications and Estates to name a few. Many teammates are based at the newly refurbished Marston’s House in Wolverhampton, while others work in field based roles across the country.
