We love to welcome new managers to the Marston’s family and setting you up for success is our number one priority. Our Footsteps induction programme aims to provide you with the information and tools you’ll need for your new role in a comfortable, fun environment and with a fantastic support network.
During your three week induction you will meet a whole host of support teams. In your first week you’ll be based in our Training Centre at Wolverhampton, and you’ll spend time with our retail systems teams, HR professionals and our very creative marketing teams to name a few.
Then you’ll head out into the estate for one week, to a carefully selected Centre of Excellence. You’ll get an insight into the brand/format of the pub you will be taking on. This week is the perfect chance for you to understand the day to day operation of our businesses.
In week three you’ll be back in Wolverhampton with our logistics and finance teams, drinks experts and Area Operations Managers. To top it off, you’ll go on your very own bespoke brewery tour!
