Deputy Managers
Our Deputy Managers play an important role assisting the General Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of their business.

Leading from the front, our Deputy Managers set a great example to the rest of their team and are a strong presence both front and back of house. They work alongside the General Manager to create and implement business plans and ensure legislative and operational compliance. They need to be creative and able to think of new ways to drive the business, be social media savvy and confident enough to network with local businesses and the community. They also carry out internal and external reliefs, so need to be able to travel to other pubs in our estate.
Our Deputy Managers are responsible for:
- Ensuring customer care is top priority
- Maintaining internal and external standards to ensure a great customer journey
- Making sure that brand standards are adhered to
- Training and developing their team, ensuring they are motivated and engaged
- Planning rotas and ensuring legislative and operational compliance
