We know that starting a new job can be daunting, so we’ll do all we can to make sure you’re set up for success in your new role.
Your new line manager and one of our HR team mates will work together to create your induction programme. Your programme will mean that once your induction period is over, you’ll fully understand your role and how it fits in with the wider business. We’ll make sure that you’re clear on what’s expected of you, and that you’ve got the tools, support and contacts to do your job to the best of your ability.
During your first few months you’ll be invited to attend a New Starters Presentation, where one of the members of our Exec team will formally welcome you to Marston’s. This also includes a behind the scenes tour of our brewery and the all-important health and safety induction. You’ll be treated to a delicious lunch at our Training Centre afterwards.
Your HR contact will keep in touch with you while you’re settling in to your new role to make sure you have the best start possible.
