Events and Open Days
We both host and attend a variety of events around the country on a regular basis, ranging from walk-in Open Days, invitation only Discovery Days, and a number of shows, exhibitions and careers fairs.
Our events offer an informal, no-obligation opportunity for you to meet with various people within both our recruitment and operational teams - from our Recruitment Officers and Area Managers, through to our Regional Managers. We welcome people from a range of different backgrounds and sectors and thoroughly enjoy the chance to meet with and get to know you better. Typically, our events cover some or all of the following areas:
- Introduction / meet and greet with the team
- Overview of Marston's and our history
- Opportunities available within your preferred geography
- The range of agreements and/or employment opportunities we offer
- The finances you'll need to take on a pub business
- The excellent induction, training and development opportunities we can offer you
- Operational and marketing support available to you
- Meet with our current employees, franchisees, tenants and lessees
- Brewery tour (site dependent)
We currently have no Marston’s Open Days planned.
