Social Media & Digital Campaign Lead 12 month FTC – Up to £33,000 per annum

 

We’re looking for a Social Media & Digital Campaign Lead to join the Digital Marketing team on a 12 month fixed term contract.  The Digital Marketing team is responsible for driving new and existing customers into our Pubs and Hotels through an online multi-channel approach. We pride ourselves on providing a relevant and personalised experience for all our customers which in turn drives visits and increased spend.

 

The Social Media & Digital Campaign Lead will cover the following key areas:

  • Delivery of exciting and engaging digital campaigns for our pubs.
  • Development and implementation of the social media strategy including coordination of a central organic social content calendar with input from the wider commercial marketing team which brings together social posting for key dates, trading plan offers, sports activity etc, improving the quality of content being posted and increasing social reach and engagement.
  • Work with our agencies to test use of content creators and influencers for content creation.
  • Gather and present reporting on key digital metrics to inform future campaign and channel strategy.
  • Coordination and delivery of key regular discount campaigns via digital channels including alignment with other departments on participating pubs, operator briefing, website content set up via a CMS, email management, email trigger testing, paid digital media, social posting, ad creative and campaign reporting. 
  • Working with our digital agencies to create campaign plans and assets, gaining approval from key stakeholders and ensuring campaigns run on time.
  • Attending photography sessions both on location and in studio
  • Filling in campaign reports and trackers
  • Understanding and monitoring market trends and competitor activity.

  • Have some knowledge of digital marketing channels
  • Have exemplary time management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
