Application process

  1. Find the vacancy that appeals to you and apply using the link below.
  2. If you are successful, you’ll be contacted by the General Manager who will ask you some questions regarding your application and may invite you for an interview at the location of the vacancy.
  3. Ahead of your interview, ensure that you research Marston’s, prepare some questions, dress smartly, arrive on time and most of all, be yourself!
  4. Depending on the role, you may be invited to a second stage interview.
  5. If successful, your new manager will contact you to confirm your start date, wage and hours; and to give you some more information about your induction.
  6. You will be supported through your induction by your line manager.
