The pub has a large carpark and sits opposite the local school, shops and businesses. Bayston Hill is one of the largest villages in the UK and the pub sits nestled right in the middle of the village making the Beeches a true community pub that has it all.
The Beeches would suit a community operator who has a passion for sports and entertainment, with some food experience. The pub is currently taking £7,000 a week and is 90% wet however we believe this can be amplified with the right operator and by introducing a small but consistent food menu.
