The Nineteenth Hole is a cosy little pub based in Buxton in the gorgeous sought after location of the Peak District. Situated just off Buxton Golf course with a small walk into the busy town centre, this stunning little pub has a small central bar dividing the pub into two zones, one side a ‘snug’ with TV and fireplace and the other side which is slightly larger and leads to the courtyard style beer garden and smoking area.
There is a good mix of locals with day time drinkers and people calling into this popular pub after work and then your evening drinkers, with a mix of teams for the darts and live sports that’s on offer there.
This pub is currently trading around £4,000 a week, with potential to get up over £5,000 easily with some small tweaks including regular entertainment and sports. There is no kitchen just the opportunity to make cobs and pre-made pies.
This would be the ideal pub for a first timer or an experienced wet led community operator. We are looking for someone who can really drive the sales with use of social media and creative marketing and a passion for sports.
What’s in it for you?
- 20% share of weekly wet sales, excluding VAT.
- Keep 100% of the food sales.
- Low ingoing costs, starting with just a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal cost. (*deposits can vary dependant on business – ask us for more details*)
- Accommodation included with most bills covered, except the council tax & TV License.
If this is not the pub for you do you know someone who might be interested? If so, let us know using our Refer a Friend scheme and if they’re offered, we will give you a £1,000! (Terms & conditions apply)
