This business will require applicants with experience of running a pub with a good food income and ideally some experience of letting rooms. Experience of using social media effectively and platforms such as Booking.com will be an advantage. Local knowledge isn’t essential – more importantly is having ideas to drive wet/dry sales and the drive to implement them.

The private accommodation benefits from a main family flat with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There are also two other self contained flats; a two bedroom with bathroom and a single bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom.
