The trading area is serviced by a trade kitchen equipped to deliver the company menu. There is a substantial car park , beer garden and smoking shelter to the rear of the pub.
The pub is frequented by locals and visitors alike and has a loyal following. Many visitors coming from the busy garden Village estate. Historically, home to several local sports teams, be that football or darts. The pub also has a good reputation for food and has a good regular trade.
We are looking for a hospitality professional with the ability to deliver great quality drinks and food products with excellent customer service and who can put their own stamp on this fantastic business!
The site currently takes on average £10,000 per week (50/50 food/wet split) but has the potential to achieve higher by targeting extra food and drinks sales.
