 Technical Executive/Administrator6-month FTC

As the Technical Executive/Administrator you will support the Technical Services team in aspects of food quality and licensing by tracking performance of the catering hotline and complaints and providing reports to Head of Technical Services and the Technical Managers.

This is a Fixed Term Contract reporting to the Head of Technical Services and is based in Wolverhampton.

Key Attributes & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate database of product, pub and supplier contact details on CRM
  • Action of invoices and purchase orders ensuring they are charged to correct account and paid in a timely manner
  • Arrange bank transfers for licensing solicitors & collection of licensing invoices and letters
  • Support Customer Services in call resolution, obtaining responses to cases ensuring closure within a 7-day window from logging
  • Use of CRM log to ensure all quality complaints have been logged and kept up to date
  • Maintenance of separate complaints log for food quality, foreign bodies, food poisonings and allergic reactions
  • Continual review of outstanding complaints which are chased up with suppliers
  • Review of complaint response, circulation to pubs and drafting of customer letters
  • Complete first line investigation into food poisoning and allergic reaction complaints

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to identify issues and provide solutions
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage several projects at once
  • Good time management skills to ensure timescales are achieved
  • Be a self-starter, confident and able to handle objections and setbacks positively
  • Be a skilled communicator at all levels both written and verbal
  • Highly IT literate and confidence with database management are essential with experience of Microsoft Office, CRM, SAP and digital complaint management beneficial
  • An exceptional eye for detail
  • Professionally curious to investigate and get to the bottom of issues that arise
  • Experience within a food industry would be beneficial
