We are looking for a Resourcing Partner to join our team and partner with our stakeholders. This role is key in supporting the development and delivery of our Resourcing and Attraction strategy, plan and processes across our pubs, bars and inns.
You will be responsible for attracting and recruiting the best talent, to make Marston’s an employer and partner of choice by providing guidance, support and insight to the stakeholders you will partner with.
An expert in Recruitment, you’ll work closely with the Operations Managers and HRBPs within your area of responsibility, plus third-party suppliers, ensuring that the Resourcing plan is aligned to the wider company strategy and business needs.
Key Attributes & Responsibilities:
- Owning and being accountable for the recruitment processes and candidate experience across your division
- Providing professional, commercial resourcing knowledge and expertise to your key stakeholders, ensuring best practice is always followed
- Working in collaboration with the Operations Team, HR Business Partners and other relevant key stakeholders to identify, source and recruit the best people whilst driving our culture, vision and values
- Influencing your operational stakeholders to align with the delivery of our People Strategy
- Utilising data insight to inform decisions and influence key stakeholders
- Spending time in your businesses, understanding the resourcing challenges within your area of responsibility
- Managing supplier accounts in line with our Resourcing and Business Strategy
- Raising the capability of your Hiring Managers by supporting them with relevant techniques and sharing best practice
- Maximise the Apprenticeship levy by identifying and building a pipeline of Apprenticeships across the business with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain a strong presence in the marketplace to build awareness of Marston’s
- Monitors the spend and ROI for business area you are responsible for
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication skills that can adapt to varying individual styles, build relationships and influence at all levels
- Planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage projects alongside the management of your area
- Experience of coaching and developing stakeholders at all levels to ensure an industry-leading, inclusive and fair recruitment process
- A proven track record of delivering growth in your area of responsibility, in line with our mission to be a market-leader
- Knowledge on ATS systems and processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for, and track record of, consistently delivering a great candidate experience and exceeding targets
- A focus on continuous improvement and staying aware of external and competitor changes
- Excellent understanding of Talent Acquisition and Resourcing methodologies and Best Practices
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the marketplace
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to interpret analytics in order to make key resourcing decisions
- Full UK driving license and access to a fully insured vehicle, as travel will be required
