About the pub
The Blaina Wharf is a food-led community pub which has recently been refurbished to an amazing standard both inside and out. The pub currently trades at around £40k a week, 60% of which comes from food sales.
With the recent investment, this pub is a sleeping giant and we estimate that sales of £45k should be achievable. The Blaina Wharf is famous for its great beer garden and a popular weekly quiz- creating further reasons to visit will help to build sales.
We're on the hunt for a pub manager with a strong food focus, preferably with proven experience of delivering over 2,000 covers a week or in a busy carvery site. Our ideal candidate should be sales focussed and be able to demonstrate a reputation for great guest experience.
Live-in accommodation available: Three bedroom private quarters, kitchen, bathroom and living room- recently redecorated as part of the investment.
