We're looking for a General Manager for a community pub in Perton, Wolverhampton. Salary up to £38,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub
The Wrottesley is a community, wet led pub situated in the heart of Perton, Wolverhampton - ideally located on a residential estate and surrounded by houses, a kid's park and a nearby Sainsbury's. It functions via one bar in a two room operation.
The site has a loyal customer base, with a score of 900 on Reputation and trading at around £18,000 weekly split 80/20 in favour of wet. A driven, community-focussed General Manager is needed to keep this site at the heart of the local area.
The pub benefits from a drinking area at the bar, separate seating for dining guests, as well as pool table, darts throw, TVs and big screen. There is also a lounge area and glass conservatory.
This is pub for every occasion and offers weekly activities and entertainment ranging from bingo, quiz, dominoes etc, and more upbeat weekend entertainment. The Wrottesley offers sports viewing throughout the week (Sky and TNT). Recent improvement in food quality and consistency has seen the food sales grow substantially vs last year.
There is a strong Head Chef in place, but gaps in the front of house team mean the in-going General Manager can bolster the team around them.
There is live-in accommodation available above the pub with separate side access consisting of 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
