We’re on the lookout for new Bar and Waiting teammates to join our team!

As part of our Bar and Waiting team you’ll: Be the face of Marston’s, welcoming guests with a smile and looking after them throughout their visit. With a cheerful and enthusiastic energy, you’ll also –

  • Help to create and maintain a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere
  • Be knowledgeable when taking orders/ serving – upselling – our fantastic food and drinks
  • Be passionate about providing brilliant customer service
  • Care about the wider team, turning your hand to support wherever needed

Whether you’d like to progress your skills back of house, or work towards becoming a General Manager of the future, we have a range of career pathways at Marston’s and your line manager & our support teams will work with you on an individual basis to put personal development plans in place to help you achieve your career goals. We also have a fantastic range of apprenticeships available to support your development.

The nature of the hospitality industry means that we are able to offer a range of flexible shifts to suit your needs however, our peak trading times are evenings & weekends so this role would involve evening & weekend working so that we can provide the best experiences for our guests.
