Host 

We’re on the lookout for a new Host to join our team! 

As part of our Host team you’ll: Be the face of our bar creating and maintaining a vibrant, warm and welcoming atmosphere. 

    • Be responsible for assisting the Bookings & Events manager with enquiries via email and over the phone including any bookings admin 
      • Be passionate about providing brilliant customer service whilst ensuring basic set up’s and all booking requirements are met. 

      • Care about the wider team, turning your hand to support wherever needed with good communication 

      • Gain people, marketing and operational skills whilst getting paid for it! 

      • Be encouraged to grow and develop whilst achieving a long-term career (if that’s what you’re after) 

      • Check booking allocations, and manage the seating plan effectively and most profitable 

      • Handling tills including deposits and online payments 

      • To develop a good understanding of our booking system, Collins. 

    • Gain good menu knowledge of our fantastic food and drinks

The nature of the hospitality industry means that we are able to offer a range of flexible shifts to suit your needs however, our peak trading times are evenings & weekends so this role would involve evening & weekend working so that we can provide the best experiences for our guests.
