We’re looking for a General Manager for a quirky bar in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. Salary up to £46,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.
Nestled in the heart of your favourite vibrant towns and cities, you will find our beautiful bars, including the Pitcher & Piano, The Lost & Found & Foundry Project.
Our Foundry’s are home to our smoked cocktails, local craft beers and of course our ‘dirty’ burgers and wood-fired pizzas. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at Foundry Manchester and lead the team to success!

This site offers heaps of potential for an experienced operator to continue to drive sales in a high-volume, premium bar environment. Currently trading at an average of £25,000 per week in net sales, Foundry Manchester is home to our hugely popular bottomless brunch offering and benefits from a varied guest base. Whether it’s bubbles over brunch, relaxed after work drinks or a night to remember – Foundry Manchester has been carefully crafted to bring our guests something wonderfully unique.
