We’re looking for a General Manager for a quirky bar in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. Salary up to £46,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package. 

Nestled in the heart of your favourite vibrant towns and cities, you will find our beautiful bars, including the Pitcher & Piano, The Lost & Found & Foundry Project.

Our Foundry’s are home to our smoked cocktails, local craft beers and of course our ‘dirty’ burgers and wood-fired pizzas. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at Foundry Manchester and lead the team to success!

Located in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, Foundry Project Manchester is a quirky bar with an industrial feel, showcasing our artisan approach to the style of food & drink we serve.

Boasting fantastic internal and external spaces for functions and events, Foundry Manchester delights guests with the perfect setting for a bustling dining & drinking experience.

This site offers heaps of potential for an experienced operator to continue to drive sales in a high-volume, premium bar environment. Currently trading at an average of £25,000 per week in net sales, Foundry Manchester is home to our hugely popular bottomless brunch offering and benefits from a varied guest base. Whether it’s bubbles over brunch, relaxed after work drinks or a night to remember – Foundry Manchester has been carefully crafted to bring our guests something wonderfully unique.

General Manager FAQ's

As the General Manager of your pub, you’ll be required to work at peak trading times which involves evenings & weekends, as well as peak trading days such as bank holidays & the festive period.
