About the pub
The Pump House is a fantastic dual level pub, set between the sandy beach of Swansea Bay and the vibrant City Centre.
Delighting guests with our Community menu, The Pump House boasts modern industrial décor, an amazing open grill area, over 180 covers inside & external seating for 120 guests.
Located just a few minutes’ walk from the Arena, The Pump House is a high-volume business trading at an average of £31,000 per week in net sales. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced General Manager to showcase their knowledge of the local area and track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences & ability to drive sales in a branded food environment.
The Pump House has a strong team in place and provides the perfect platform for an energetic leader to demonstrate their skills in leading & inspiring their teams to succeed.
Management accommodation is available in the form of a 2 bedroom flat.
