We’re on the lookout for a Bookings & Events Manager to join our team.

As a Bookings & Events Manager you’ll: Be responsible for driving sales through managing and increasing pre-booked trade. You’ll be the face of the business:
- Oversee the full event booking process from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure all event details are communicated clearly.
- Drive sales by proactively identifying opportunities to upsell services and packages.
- Manage and develop relationships with both new and existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Ensure all events are executed smoothly, ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, catering, and venue set-up.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Monitor and evaluate event performance, suggesting improvements for future events.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive event calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling and resource allocation.
Key skills and experience:
- Proven experience in event management, bookings or sales-driven roles.
- Strong ability to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience using booking management systems, design my night is admirable but not essential.
- A proactive approach to client relations and sales development.
