We’re looking for a General Manager for a stunning premium pub in Daventry. Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub
The Middlemore Farm is a beautiful, converted farmhouse situated in Daventry, within walking distance of the Drayton Reservoir and surrounded by new build houses.
The pub was recently refurbished to a high standard and forms part of our premium collection of pubs known as ‘Signature’ – however, due to the nature of the residential area, there is a strong community aspect to the site which can be maximised to drive sales.
The Middlemore Farm features beautiful original beams and cosy decor. It requires a sales-focussed General Manager who can bring the pub’s performance in line with previous years. It needs a dynamic and passionate leader who can deliver the premium feel and offering at the pub, whilst maximising the community aspect through events and engagement.
The site is currently averaging weekly sales of £20k split 60/40 in favour of food, but there is scope to capitalise on the plentiful footfall surrounding the pub. Recently the pub has successfully started to introduce entertainment, and is running a popular weekly quiz.
There is an experienced kitchen team in place as well as developing Supervisors.
There is also spacious 3 bedroom accommodation located in a beautiful building available to the General Manager.
