We're looking for a General Manager for a traditional pub in Cowbridge. Salary up to £40,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub
The Duke of Wellington is a stunning pub with a village feel, boasting a great high-street location as well as a great function room featuring a medieval minstrel's gallery!
Delighting guests with our Signature food offering, The Duke of Wellington provides heaps of potential for an experienced operator to maximise the sales opportunity of the function space and wedding license.
Currently trading at an average of £20,000 per week in net sales, The Duke of Wellington offers the perfect platform for a passionate General Manager to take this business to the next level through inspiring the team and engaging with the local community.
Management accommodation is available in the form of a 3 bedroom flat.
