We're looking for a General Manager for a wonderful food-led community pub. Salary up to £45K plus bonus and a generous benefits package.
Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Eaton Farm in Long Eaton, and lead the team to success!
The Eaton Farm is a community carvery venue situated in long Eaton. Just a short 5 minute drive from the M1, the pub sits on the outskirts of Nottingham and is a few minutes from Derby centre. The site currently averages around £30k in weekly sales with a 70/30 split towards food. Inside the Eaton Farm there are distinct zones for guests to enjoy, dining area with capacity for up to 180 covers and a separate bar area with pool table. Outside there is dining space for 80 covers, a lovely beer garden, and car park for customers.
We are looking for an experienced and engaging General Manager who is well versed in a high-volume food operation. Someone who is driven and keen to build networking relationships with the community, and local businesses. A savvy marketer, the successful General Manager will be able to continue to build on the Eaton Farms success.
Live in accommodation available! This pub benefits from two separate flats, both are double bedroomed with private bathroom, kitchen and living area.
