The New Moston Inn is a beautiful pub in the heart of New Moston. It has been running as a public house since the early 1900’s, only 15 minutes Northeast from Manchester city centre, and in close proximity to the Etihad and Old Trafford stadiums.
Internally, it has recently undergone a small refurbishment. The Vault is where dart players come together in friendly competitions, this room has seen a big transformation within the refurbishment. The main trading room is where you’ll hold frequent entertainment, as well as see the weekly card games.
The pub is currently taking £4,500 weekly and these are 100% wet sales. The New Moston Inn is known for sports, with brand new TV’s, and a new sound system which broadcasts the main screen, giving that at-match feeling from the comfort of the pub. Manchester City fans have minibuses which run on home games from the pub, and Manchester United fans visit on the away games. It has great potential to grow sales through events and utilising the great technology within the pub. There is also the possibility of offering a small food menu, which you will keep 100% of the sales.
The New Moston Inn requires a community operator, who has knowledge of the local area and can deliver excellent service. This is a great opportunity for a new or experienced operator.
