Listening to our people

Describing ourselves as a People-Powered business means two-way communication is so important for us. Listening to our people, like we listen to our guests, creates a place where everyone feels supported and included, ensuring we can be at our very best.

Our people know that they have a voice, can have their say on how we do business and will be listened to. Our leaders need and want to understand how we feel and what’s important to us, to help shape our business.

Your voice survey

Everyone in our business is asked to complete our monthly engagement survey. On average, over 80% of us get involved every month. These small and frequent surveys help our business managers and leaders understand how their teams feel about their life at Marston’s. And critically, the results feed into and inform changes to our business and people strategy.
