The Swan in Lower Bar, Newport really is a gem of a business offering a unique pub opportunity for the new Marston’s pub partner. The pus is set up over three rooms surrounding a well appointed bar area in the middle, a lounge and finally a darts room with TVs and jukebox. Outside there a large cobbled courtyard with external bar for busy events and warmer months and also has a covered area for when the weather turns. The Swan also offers 7 well appointed letting rooms with an average weekly sales of £1,500 that the operator will retain 100% of the income from.
We are looking for partner with experience of operating letting rooms and the online booking systems and processes as well as the ability to drive extra sales and events in the pub to increase weekly income from £5,000-6,000 towards the previous highs of £10,000 a week.
