We’re on the lookout for a Bookings & Events Manager to join our team.

Right at the heart of the pub – creating moments of joy. You’ll be there supporting the team to deliver the everyday moments and those stand-out occasions. You’ll thrive from an environment that is busy, varied, fast paced but most importantly – fun!

As a Bookings & Events Manager you’ll: Be responsible for driving sales through managing and increasing pre-booked trade utilising sales initiatives to achieve targets.

You’ll be the face of the business:

  • Work proactively to increase guest enquiries and pre-booked sales, exceed YOY budgeted sales targets
  • Confidently build and maintain a network of key contacts in the area. Attend regular networking events and track the ROI 
  • Manage 3rd party booking platforms to increase pre-booked revenue
  • Work alongside the management team to ensure every event is perfectly executed.
  • Use key calendar dates to further drive sales and create bespoke events 
  • Ensure the all social media platforms are maintained, updated regularly, refreshing and engaging
  • General bookings administration from first point of call to creating contracts and deposit information
