Digital Marketing Manager – Engagement 12 month FTC up to £33,000 per annum
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager – Engagement to join the Digital Marketing team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The Digital Marketing team is responsible for driving new and existing customers into our Pubs and Hotels through an online multi-channel approach. We pride ourselves on providing a relevant and personalised experience for all our customers which in turn drives visits and increased spend.
The Digital Marketing Manager – Engagement will cover the following key areas:
- Develop and implement customer engagement and e-commerce optimisation strategies to increase bookings and covers from our digital estate
- Devise and implement a digital testing framework to deliver rapid, actionable results
- Optimize website performance, including speed, usability, and conversion rates
- Analyse data, customer behaviour and feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with wider digital and commercial teams to implement campaign activity for our pubs
- Supporting the digital and commercial teams on the digital execution of our exciting new pub formats
- Monitor and report on key data points to ensure results are delivered in a timely manner
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital strategies.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure website functionality and security
Skills & qualities for the role:
- Working knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies and associated technology
- Understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO), paid media channels and analytics
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) within an e-commerce environment
- Be highly organised and an ability to multitask
- Have the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
