We are looking for a detail-driven Technical Assistant to support our Technical team in maintaining accurate, compliant food and drink information. This role plays a key part in product governance, allergen management and supporting menu launches, helping to deliver a safe and trusted guest experience. This is a Hybrid role with circa two days working in our head office in Wolverhampton.
What you’ll be doing
• Check, validate and maintain food and drink specifications using Smart Supplier.
• Support menu launches by preparing, updating and validating specifications.
• Assist with supplier audit preparation and documentation checks.
• Support food panelling and product quality assessments.
• Proofread and review menu documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support food safety, allergen and quality complaint investigations.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with structured technical information.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear and confident communicator.
• Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
Desirable:
• Food-related degree or relevant industry experience.
• Experience with specifications, allergens or food governance systems.
