Your induction doesn’t stop after the classroom sessions. You’ll begin your partnership with a 12-week onboarding plan that combines hands-on training, operational support, and practical coaching, including:
- A hosted induction and welcome experience
- A structured takeover day with on-site support
- Coaching visits from our ASC team
- Stock checks, reviews, and performance insights
- Webinars on key topics such as managing your team and driving performance
- Regular check-ins, half-point reviews, and a final 12-wek sign-off to celebrate your progress
This is all designed to give you clarity, routine, and steady, confidence-building progress throughout your first critical months.
