At Marston’s, we’re proud to be a market‑leading local pub business, driven by great people, quality estates and brilliant guest experiences. Behind every perfect pint is a cellar that works flawlessly – and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Cellars Project Manager to join our growing Project Management team, playing a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality technical service projects across our 1,300‑pub estate. If you’re a hands‑on problem solver with strong technical service experience and a passion for delivering projects the right way, this is a rare and exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

The Role

As a field‑based Cellars Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and delivering cellar and dispense‑related projects from a technical services perspective – ensuring they’re completed on time, to a high standard, and in line with agreed service levels.

Your role will be varied and fast‑paced, and will include:
Coordinating technical service processes to successfully deliver cellar and dispense projects
Building strong working relationships with Technical Service (TS) partners to deliver quality installations in line with SLAs
Working closely with stakeholders across leadership, project, operational and administrative teams to understand needs and ensure smooth delivery
Managing escalated technical issues by troubleshooting effectively and working collaboratively with TS partners and suppliers to reach the right solution
Supporting the ongoing development of projects through accurate surveying and detailed technical information

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives on solving problems and enjoys working in a busy, operational environment.

 You’ll ideally have:

A proven track record in drinks dispense and/or technical services, including management responsibilities
Strong surveying skills, with the ability to produce detailed, accurate information for TS providers and design teams
A practical, no‑nonsense approach to problem solving
The ability to adapt, develop and take on new challenges
A desire to grow and progress into managing projects independently
Confidence working both independently and as part of a wider team
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Flexibility and willingness to travel across our estate nationwide

What you get from us: You’ll be joining an award-winning local pub company that puts people first, lives by people-led values, and offers real opportunities to advance your career – with genuine benefits that include:
